I am just your average collage student, go to classes and work. Who am I kidding, there is no average stereo type in this world.



 Just a little over two years ago I was diagnosed with an intolerance to dairy, wheat and eggs. So, for one of my class projects I was asked to make a blog that interests me. Well, here we are I am a 22 year old Business student at the University of Northern Iowa who is blogging about what there is out in the market for consumers that can not consume wheat. With that I might throw in a few lactose and egg free suggestions in my blog once and awhile.
