Oreo What and It is Gluten Free!

Gluten Free Oreo Bar Recipe Doesn't Mean You are Giving Up Flavor.

I recently received some great free samples from Glutino. Glutino is a company that purely supplies gluten free goodies to consumers. In this great box of samples I received white and chocolate cookies. These cookie are both gluten free and have cream in the middle.

Then it hit me like a struck of lightning....I have been craving some kind of Oreo dessert. But, with being  gluten free I didn't know what kind of cookies to use to substitute for the Oreo brand. This is where Glutino's cookie came in very handy. And there is not regrets here.
